Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 2 days prior to your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. If you are not able to make your appointment you must cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior. If you fail to do so a new deposit is required to make a new appointment
There is a 7 minute grace period for all appointments. If you find yourself running behind send a text to your provider and they will let you know if they have time to take service you.

Should we have to cancel/reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 48 hrs notice we will honor 50% off your next identical service and all attempts to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner will be made.
